Will Brooks has been appointed the new General Manager of the combined operation of virtualisation specialist Intercept following its recent acquisition of ADS Portal.

Leading virtual IT solution specialists, Intercept has acquired ADS Portal in return for share capital. The deal will see the two companies merging their operations.
