City-based Accountancy firm Buzzacott has awarded the leading virtual IT solution specialist, Intercept, the contract for managing its IT infrastructure. The contract, for Intercept’s managed services, was awarded following a competitive tender and will encompass the leading accountancy firm’s recently installed virtual infrastructure as well as providing third line support to its internal IT team.
Buzzacott chose Intercept’s managed services because the company had an excellent understanding of its business and IT environment through a separate virtualisation consultancy project.
David Fardell, Finance and Administration Director, Buzzacott, stated: “We always put large projects out to competitive tender, and this was no exception. We chose Intercept because they really understand our business and will deliver superior value both with in its virtualisation consultancy and managed services”.
Fardell added: “Intercept will manage our new virtual infrastructure, together with our Citrix environment, and provide general third line support to our internal IT department”.
