Application Virtualisation – Formerly known as Softricity SoftGrid , App-V is the first Microsoft-branded release of the product since the 2006 acquisition. Intercept was the first UK partner to successfully deploy this solution and it is used extensively within our Online Desktop Enterprise solution.
Application Hosting – Through our online services division we are able to offer a complete hosted and managed solution using Microsoft technologies and applications to run any line of business application within Online Desktop Enterprise.
Intercept is an authorised BlackBerry Alliance Associate Member, which enables us to run a Hosted BlackBerry Enterprise Platform for our Hosted Customers.

Intercept was the first UK cloud provider to join the Symantec Service Provider programme. Through our partnership with Symantec we are able to access a wide range of Symantec products to provide our hosted customers with rental licensing which includes Symantec EndPoint Protection for client side AntiVirus and Firewalling to Enterprise Vault for the best in company archiving and compliance options.

Storage
Intercept have chosen the 3PAR Utility Storage platform as our Tier1 SAN storage layer. It is purpose built to power enterprise-class storage services via the cloud, whether that cloud is private or public.
Protection – Data is replicated from the 3PAR platform in our primary data centre, to a second 3PAR platform in our disaster recovery site.
Security
Intercept have partnered with CryptoCard to offer the 2 factor CryptoMAS authentication system as a mandatory component for Online Desktop Enterprise users that connect across the public Internet.
Protection – CryptoMAS tokens are software or hadware based tokens that generate a one time use passcode linked to a users account. They offer unparalleled security protection for our Online Desktop Enterprise customers.
Observe IT software visually records and replays all Terminal, Citrix, and Windows Console sessions. Designed for enterprise-scale deployments, Observe IT’s patented technology gives administrators and auditors the ability to easily detect, find, report, and replay any user activity within the recorded sessions.
