In fact, these are the toolsets which we use to run our own business.

So whether you’re looking for someone to assist with your day-to-day requirements – such as software patch updates, hot-fixes, virus protection or security issues – or to assist with planning new technological developments, Intercept has the expertise to help you out.
Core support packages
To help you take advantage of our in-house team, Intercept offers four different managed services packages, designed to suit all requirements and budgets:
  • Initial Support, delivered between 09:00 and 17:30, Monday - Friday (excluding English Public Holidays), featuring a 3 hour response time
  • Advanced Support, delivered between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday - Friday (excluding English Public Holidays) featuring a 2 hour response time, and a standard SLA report per quarter
  • Ultimate Support, delivered 24 x 7, with added features such as a standard SLA report per month and a quarterly technical bulletin
  • Tailored Support, which enables our customers to choose the additional services they require – such as pro-active monitoring, built-in consultancy days, and remote administration
