When signing up to any of our online services, it is imperative that you enter valid contact details including a valid email address and telephone number. This information is required so that our Service Desk Team can contact you during your trial period to both validate your contact details and to check that your service is functioning as required.
If we are unable to contact you within 7 days of your sign up date, we reserve the right to suspend your account. If we fail to communicate with you within a further 7 day period (14 days in total from first signing up to one of our services), then your account will be deleted from our systems.
These measures have been introduced to reduce the risk of fraudulent use of our online systems and to make sure that genuine users wishing to trial our services receive the best possible experience, support and service.
