At Intercept we appreciate there are times when you need a little help or guidance. Free access to our support team is therefore included with all our hosted services.

At Intercept, we pride ourselves on the level of support available. Our online services helpdesk is fully included with your service, at no extra charge.

Our highly skilled team resolves over 90% of support requests during first call. We can also remotely control devices to 'shadow' users and can walk them through the resolution process. This enables users to self diagnose problems should they re-occur in the future.

Our fantastic support is based on our six company values:
